Why do so many small businesses fail? Is there something that business owners can do to avoid such a fate? The Small Business Survival Book provides the answers to these questions and more. With a combined 50 years’ experience in small business, authors Barbara Weltman and Jerry Silberman share the secrets to small business survival, namely: What to do before starting a business, what to do while the business is up and running, and, most importantly, what to do when the business runs into trouble. Many business owners are too busy keeping their business afloat to find the solutions to larger problems. That’s why this simple, comprehensible book walks readers through every step of starting and running a successful business.
